| APPEALS Drake & Associates can assist with interlocutory appeals as well as appeals from final decisions or judgments. Historically, our appellate practice primarily involves clients in the health care and mental health fields. However, we also handle appellate matters involving personal injury cases, sexual harassment, elder abuse and legal malpractice. On a selective basis, we offer appellate services for a contingent fee. WRITS Writs involve requesting extraordinary relief from a higher court or other appropriate authority, often on a rush basis. We are experienced handling extraordinary writs both from administrative decisions and from judicial rulings, and we have attorneys who can handle petitions for writ relief on short notice.
